Casa Garcia in Denver

Good run of the mill Mexican restaurant. The food is typical. The presentation is pretty simple. It's the type of place you stop to eat lunch at, but not take your wife etc. to dinner necessarily. The food and service has been good when I have been there several times.

This is my go to Mexican restaurant in the area. Staff are always friendly and the food has been great.

People waiting to be seated, waiting on take-out, & waiting to pay the bill all in a 8 x 10 space. Shouldn't happen! Pay the bill at the table, wait on table by number as you come in, & wait on take-out at the register. By the time you get the food to go it's cold if they haven't forgotten you? You figure the atmosphere by the time you get out! This has got to get better. The owner / manager needs to make changes!

Excellent restaurant. Very nice and helpful staff. Firearms open carry has never been a problem for me in this restaurant. I appreciate businesses that support my constitutional right to carry. Prices are very good, especially lunch prices.

Food is ok at best, but the service is questionable. It's very hit and miss. This latest and last trip they can't even get the bill straight. First the girl charged me $3.00 more than what was shown at the register. I pointed it out and said no problem just add it to the tip for the waiter. Now when the charge showed up in my account there is an additional $2.00 to the total bill. I have had it with this place!

The food was good, nothing stood out to make this restaurant any different than any other Mexican resturant.

I ordered the Trio Fundido, which was supposed to have queso on it. The food was good, but I wish the queso had been on it. The salsa and nacho chips were delicious.

I loved everything I ordered it was really good authentic food and the bartender isn't bad either 😂

Friendly, unobtrusive service. Food is distinguishable and not all mushed together. Very flavorful food with delicious meats and vegetables.

The food, atmosphere, service, and prices are all wonderful here. The menu is chock full of deliciousness, but I always play myself and go for the chimichangas because they are delightful. Great place to grab drinks and munch on some seriously tasty food. If you have room left for dessert, get the fried ice cream! It's a fun dish to end the night with.

The food is excellent and reasonably priced. The margaritas or any mixed drinks are kid friendly / barely alcoholic; the bartender doesn't even try to pretend.

Everyone is wonderful, polite & friendly. I had shrimp soup. It was satisfying. I have tried many dishes , all were delicious.

This place is awesome. It is the best Mexican restaurant in Denver. Fast friendly service. Miguel is the absolute best, and he keeps the place running smooth. Ask for Miguel. Food highlights are their fajitas enchiladas and queso dip. Really good drinks as well. Miguel makes a mean margarita.

Why did they take the bbq burrito off the menu. Loved it so much it was tangy and perfect pork each time. Very disappointed and have not been back since.

This restaurant is fantastic for their service. Currently in the review section, many people are putting one stars on the review just to support the veteran who was wearing a Trump hat. To the newcomers, avoid the one stars review and go to this amazing restaurant. I actually been to this restuarant unlike those many one stars review people who did not. Take my word and go to this Mexican restaurant.👍

Looks a bit like a hole in the wall from the outside, but inside very nice and the food and service were very good. Definitely recommend.

I had a late lunch there this afternoon with two older kids. Iwas very disappointed with the food: The pork in my tamale was tough; The beef in all three of our meals looked like it had been over-cooked in large chunks - not burnt, but close - and then chopped up while it was being re-heated; The beans were like thick soup. There was barely any cheese on any of it. To top our experience off, even though the restaurant was almost empty because of being an off-time, we were seated next to a table of patrons well on their way to getting sloshed. The service was good, but not exceptional. This will be my last visit to this restaurant.

It’s tasty. I’ve never tried this before. I got tacos salad. You can sit inside or outside.

Great service and food! We visit Casa Garcia with the entire family in a regular basis. I highly recommend El Volcán, an explosion of flavors in your mouth.

Steak super burrito was outstanding. It was massive yet I still cleaned my plate. Try the hottest salsa as well--quite good. I will definitely eat here again.

We were greeted upon arrival. Quick, friendly service. Food was good. Perfect for our needs on this day. We would try it again.

3rd time coming here. Only come because my daughter craves mexican food. I told her this last time im coming. She gonna have to come by herself. Taco bell is so much better in my opinion. Had to go ask to get refill. Taco salad was so freaking salty waste of money. So there u go.

Worst and rudest wait staff I have ever encountered. Took much too long to take our order. Once he brought our food he never came back to check on us. Multiple wait staff continuously passed by our table without checking to see if we needed anything. We had to get up and find our refills and pour our own drinks, get extra napkins, and retrieve a carry out box. Too many other options for Mexican food to be treated like this. We will never return to this restaurant.

Great food. Nice options. Salsa has good heat (I'm a spicy eater). Salsa has two cups given so you can double dip without fear! Music is not high pitch, it's more deep and operatic. Nice atmosphere.

Food was fresh, waiter was nice. Clean restaurant and food was enough for 2 meals no complaints here!

The fajitas were cooked perfectly! The salsa was a very good salsa and no complaints on service either. Everything was very good and friendly staff. Their hot salsa was a great flavor and not too overpowering.

Love it! If you order take out though make sure you check your order there, they wont believe if you call.

My family and I go here at least once a week. My co-workers and I go at lunch often also. Quick at lunch time but can also be nice to enjoy a relaxing drink and meal at dinner.

The quality of food matched the price! We had great service and enjoyed our dining experience! I absolutely love Mexican and this restaurant is definitely one of the places I would return to for good food!
